Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers, circumvent restrictions, or for any fraudulent purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated rewards or benefits.
4.5 Account Termination Rights
We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Extended period of account inactivity

5. Food Service Terms
5.1 Food Safety and Hygiene Standards
FiresSubsInHouse is committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Our operations comply with all applicable Canadian food safety regulations, including but not limited to:
- Food and Drugs Act and Safe Food for Canadians Act requirements
- Provincial and municipal health and safety regulations
- HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) principles
- Regular health inspections and audits
- Staff training in food handling and safety protocols
We regularly inspect our facilities, monitor food temperatures, and maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure the safety and quality of our products.
5.2 Allergen Information Disclaimer
IMPORTANT ALLERGEN WARNING: Our products are prepared in facilities that handle common allergens including but not limited to: wheat (gluten), milk (dairy), eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, and sesame. Cross-contamination may occur despite our best efforts to prevent it.

We take pride in the quality of our handcrafted subs and stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within two (2) hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, refund, or credit, at our discretion. Quality concerns reported after this window may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5.4 Temperature-Sensitive Item Handling
Our food products are prepared fresh and are perishable. For food safety reasons:
- Hot items are maintained at safe temperatures (above 60°C/140°F) until delivery
- Cold items are kept refrigerated or in insulated packaging during transport
- All food should be consumed promptly upon receipt
- Leftovers should be refrigerated within two (2) hours and consumed within 24 hours
- We are not responsible for food safety issues arising from improper storage or delayed consumption after delivery
6. Ordering and Delivery Terms
6.1 Order Placement
Orders may be placed through our website, mobile application, telephone, or in-store. By placing an order, you represent that:
- All information provided is accurate and complete
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided
- You will be available to receive the order at the specified delivery address
- You understand that order confirmation does not guarantee availability of all items
6.2 Order Acceptance and Confirmation
Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Delivery location outside our service area
- Payment authorization failure
- Suspected fraudulent activity
Your order is not binding until you receive an order confirmation from us. We will notify you if we cannot fulfill your order and provide a full refund for any payment already processed.
6.3 Order Cancellation and Modification
Due to the nature of our business and food preparation processes:
- Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within five (5) minutes of placement for a full refund. After this window, orders cannot be cancelled as preparation may have begun.
- Modifications: Order modifications are subject to availability and timing. Please contact us immediately if you need to modify your order. We cannot guarantee modifications once preparation has started.
- Scheduled Orders: Scheduled orders may be cancelled or modified up to two (2) hours before the scheduled time.
6.4 Minimum Order Requirements
Minimum order requirements may apply for delivery orders and vary by location. Current minimum order amounts are displayed during the checkout process. Orders below the minimum may incur a small order fee or may not be eligible for delivery.
6.5 Delivery Zone Restrictions
Delivery services are available only within designated delivery zones. Delivery availability is determined by your delivery address and may be subject to:
- Distance from our nearest location
- Traffic and weather conditions
- Time of day and day of week
- Driver availability
If your address is outside our delivery zone, you may place an order for pickup instead. Delivery zones are subject to change at our discretion.
6.6 Delivery Times and Delays
Estimated delivery times provided during ordering are approximate and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to:
- Order volume and restaurant capacity
- Traffic conditions and weather
- Delivery driver availability
- Address accessibility issues
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant delays. Extended delays beyond our control may entitle you to a partial refund or credit at our discretion.
6.7 Delivery Receipt
You agree to be available to receive your order at the specified delivery address during the estimated delivery window. If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
- Inability to contact you
- No one available to receive the order
- Unsafe delivery conditions
You may not be entitled to a refund, and redelivery fees may apply. For contactless delivery, you assume responsibility for the order once it is placed at the designated location.
7. Products and Services

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and nutritional information for our products. However:
- Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ from actual products
- Ingredients and recipes may change without notice

Our trademarks, service marks, and logos, including "FiresSubsInHouse" and our distinctive visual elements, may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

11.2 Excluded Damages
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
